Trees 101
Baton Rouge Green selects three neighborhoods each year for short workshops that offer tips about selecting, planting, and maintaining trees. Each workshop lasts a couple of hours and is typically held on a Saturday morning.

In fall 2009, Baton Rouge Green worked with Shadows Homeowners' Association, a large neighborhood located off of S. Harrels Ferry Road and with the Southside Civic Association (Southdowns Neighborhood).
Homeowners are encouraged to contact the Baton Rouge Green office to have their own planting photos shared on this section of the website (call Suzannah at 225-381-0037).
